Refund Policy
If any Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots or other goods purchased from Cantik Stone arrive damaged or faulty, we will refund the full purchase price of those goods, assuming the following conditions are met:
1. The customer notifies our Customer Service Department of the damaged or faulty Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots or other goods, within 48 hours of purchase received; and
2. The customer provides specific details of damaged or faulty Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots or other goods, within 48 hours of purchase being received;
Under these circumstances, Cantik Stone will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@cantikstone.com.au.
Please note, some of Cantik Stone’s Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots and other goods are made from natural stone product, and so each will possess its own unique colouring and features, as inherited from the stone used. This natural variation does not constitute damage or fault, and will not be accepted as the basis for a claim for refund. Likewise, the perceived quality of craftsmanship of our Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots and other goods is not a measure of damage or fault, and will not be accepted as the basis for a claim for refund.
As we check all Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots and other goods meticulously before shipping, this policy will apply most often to Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots and other goods that are damaged during shipping to the customer.
This policy does not apply to any damaged Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots or other goods that were purchased at a discounted rate due to that damage. In such instances, the said damage to the Homewares, Gifts Garden Pots or other goods will be clearly described in the product description and the customer’s purchase of that product will constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of the said fault.
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered to customers who simply change their mind, make an incorrect choice, or fail to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
