Delivery Policy
The customer may choose one of two delivery options:
1. Pick up by customer (in person or by customer-organised courier); or
2. Australia Post; (for small items)
Where applicable, an indicative price for all delivery options will be listed. If, when we book the delivery of the customer’s Homewares, gifts and garden pots or other products, the actual delivery price differs from our listed indicative price, we will contact the customer for approval, before finalising the delivery booking.
Dispatch of Homewares, gifts garden pots and other products will be made within 24 hours of receipt of customer payment.
If the customer chooses to pick up from us, we will contact the customer to confirm the time and date of pickup.
